This meter has all the functions that one would expect from a Digital Multimeter but in addition it has functions that specifically cater for the signalman. This meter can read cab signal codes at carrier frequencies up to 10kHz. It will indicate:

Codes Rates: Actual from 50CPM to 420CPM and No Code
